The symptoms are itching of the eyes and skin, redness of the eye, swelling on the skin, and skin diseases. If left untreated can lead to blindness. Infected Blackfly (Amukuuru) transmits this disease from one person to another. Lymphatic Filariasis (iwuse) causes swelling of the arms, breast, genitals and leg.
